I have the Pro version on an Android Thunderbolt. How can I update it with the new release? Also, I know that I saw somewhere on line how to export a User List file, but I cannot locate it again.
You should be able to update through the Android Market – simply locate Hanping Pro in the Android Market app or website.
However, if you are in China (where paid apps are not supported) please read:

To export a Starred list, please go to the Starred tab and then long press on the Starred list you wish to export.
