Export to Excel or word

I have just purchased the hanping pro which allows me to backup the "starred" items.
However, when I click the download backup file, no application can open this file. I try using winzip or winrar but
the file is greyed out. My purpose is to be able to export the file to a text file or excel spreadsheet

Hi - the backup feature is designed primarily for restoring previous data and transfering data to other devices.

For exporting, please go the Starred tab on the Search screen and long click on the corresponding starred list (e.g. "All Starred"). Then click Share.
