Thanks for an excellent app! I just bought the pro version (couldn't resist at $5) and I love the ability to create your own tags and export lists ask TSV file but the TSV file doesn't contain the zhuyin. Could you please fix this?
Also, it would be excellent if you could expand the audio library for the software to include a male and female speaker for each example for help with pronunciation.
Another small feature that would really help out would be simply putting a link on every page (or at least in the menu) back to the main search home, right now you have to back out of everything and it would improve app navigation.

Re: Feature Requests
Thanks very much for your suggestions and kind words!
For the zhuyin and male speaker, we will consider those for future updates.
For the navigation, you can long-press on the back button to go to the app home screen. We will improve navigation generally in a near-future release.

Re: Feature Requests
Thanks for the reply!
I didn't realize you could long-press back to get back to the main search screen, that's very helpful to know.
I have been getting a ton of use out of the app and bought the 2 expansion Chinese-English and English-Chinese dictionaries

Re: Feature Requests
Great, thanks very much!
I think the multi-dictionary support of Hanping is one of it's strongest features (considering the merged dictionary search results etc). There are still some improvements to be made and they will be coming soon.

Re: Feature Requests
I just thought of an excellent feature:
Add the ability to create user sentences. Another screen where you can add a new sentence to the list (and then be able to star sentences with tags). Adding a new sentence would consist of building a sentence by adding a character from a dictionary one at a time. This would be a great feature for practicing creating your own sentences.

Re: Feature Requests
You can already sort of do this (though not quite as optimally as you describe)...
You can build the sentence in the search box (the sentence breakdown appears in the results) and then star the sentence when you are ready...

Re: Feature Requests
Right now as far as I can tell you can only search sentences that are in the dictionary?
For example, I type: "how are you today" and it says "no matches"
Edit: I just realized you can build sentences by inputting the chinese characters, nevermind.

Re: Feature Requests
Hi - yes, that's right. Sentence decomposition only works on Chinese sentences so far. We will probably add english sentence support later though it only makes sense for users who have ABC English-Chinese dictionary installed.
Re: Feature Requests
Just thought of something else that would really be helpful.
One of the reasons I bought the software was because of the zhuyin feature. I am still learning zhuyin though and it would be helpful to have entries for the zhuyin characters so I could hear the proper way to pronounce them. I've also used http://memrise.com to study and created a zhuyin course there, but I'm looking for a sound pack or someone fluent to record all the zhuyin sounds to attach to all the cards. This would be an excellent addition to the software, you could do a pinyin set in the same manner.

Re: Feature Requests
Hmm, the sounds are the same as the Pinyin sounds so I guess your question is more about how to attach those sounds to the cards. I'm not sure how this can be done, but I will look into memrise and find out more about their product to see if this is feasible.
