Hi when searching for a character the handwriting feature on my HTC phone requires me to draw the character at lightning speed, is this a phone setting or Hanping pro setting?
Thanks

Handwriting too fast
Re: Handwriting too fast
Hi - Are you using the phone's handwriting recognizer or Hanping Pro's?
Hanping Pro's built-in handwriting recognizer waits for you after each stroke, so there is no timing problem there.

Re: Handwriting too fast
Is there any chance of making the Hanping writer available for use in text editing documents? For all IMEs on Android, the candidate selection and clearing of the input screen happens simultaneously, which makes it very difficult for learners to write characters into documents. Being able to use Hanpings's IME for writing documents would be a fantastic feature, whether in the app itself, or for other text editors.
Best,

Hi - no plans so far, but we will look into it!

Gary,
You may wish to check out CooTek's apps for handwriting and other keyboard IMEs. No matter which app I'm using I can flick between english, bopomofo and handwriting recognition (which works for both english and Chinese).
