Cannot download or install audio data

Dear Support team!

I just bougth the Pro version of Hanping Chinese Dictionary and I´m not able download or install the audio data.
First I tried to download the audio data by clicking on the yellow circle, located on left upper side of a chinese syllable. The download failed every time without an error message, stopping at the value of 21%, 31% or 38% of the progess bar. Then I found the following post "http://goo.gl/Aj6r3" which says, that downloading the audio files manually and storing them in the directory mnt/sdcard would work. I did so, but now if I press the yellow circle in the app my android got frozen. I think the handy crashes.

I hope you can help me, because using your app is a lot of fun.
