Why can't I install Hanping Pro on my phone (ZTE Blade)?

I tried Hanping Free and was very pleased. I wanted to buy Hanping Pro today, but Android Market tells me I can't install it on my phone.
My phone is a ZTE Blade (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZTE_Blade).
Please fix Hanping Dictionary so that I can install it!

But please make handwriting work offline, data rate is too expensive

Handwriting only uses a very small amount of data and if you are offline, it will still work.
