Open exported wordlists

How do I open a wordlist, once I exported it to my SD card?
The file that Hanping creates when I export my userlist is a .TSV (tab separated values) file. I don't have MS Excel and couldn't open the list with Openoffice. Is there a way I can open and edit the list without Excel?

You could just open it in any text editor.
