Buying Stroke Anims (Extended)

I'm trying to buy Buying Stroke Anims (Extended) as an in-app purchase but it doesn't work. When I enter my password for my Play Store Account (that works in other cases!!) it won't work. Error message: "Ein Problem ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es noch einmal" (engl. "A problem occured. Please try it again"). Same probem when I try to buy it from within the Add-ons menu entry on the left.

Could you please give me additional help?
