Exporting Starred Items

Hi

Using Hanping Pro 6.10.4

When exporting starred items to text file, I get an error "Too Many Items" and the exported text file contains only a few items. I have over 2400 items now. I use the program all the time. What can I do?

Generally speaking, word lists should not be too large because they become unmanageable. Have you considered using the tagging system to better organise your words?

I use the app alot, so I star everything. Last June, I was able to export 1400 starred items. I also use the tags, but sometimes I do tag and star.

I am working on a better way to organise the lists, although I don't have a timeframe for when this will be ready. I would be interested to know how you use the app (in terms of starring and tagging), so if you have time to email me that would be much appreciated. I suppose instead of "too many items", when the limit is reached, it could just export the most recent items (up to that limit).

If you just want to use your hanping user data on another Android device, then just use Hanping Pro's backup/restore feature. Otherwise, you can look into Hanping Pro's Share/Export feature (just long-tap on tag in Tags tab)
