Hello,

I would like to know if there is any tool/app or a Hanping Tool that gives the international fonetic translation of pinyin.

Hi there. Hanping does not yet support this because there's been almost no request for such a feature. If there is enough interest, then we'll certainly consider. Kind regards, Mark.
