Cannot install on Android 4.4.2

Hi.

I'm a registered user of Hanping Chinese Dictionary Pro and it's been great on my Galaxy S3. However I now have a new phone which is running Android 4.4.2 (kitkat) and I cannot get the app installed - once it's downloaded from the play store, it shows a popup:

"Error. Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card".

Is this a known issue on Kit-Kat or is it installing ok for other people? I'm aware there have been some changes made regarding writing files to external SD card, so wondered if that may be related to this issue.

Hi Rich. Hanping generally works fine on KitKat. Do you have an SD card inserted into your device? The next version of Hanping will fix a problem for devices that support internal SD cards but have none inserted. Please contact us at [email protected].
