Hi Wes – please can you make sure the backup file has a .zip extension. Then it should appear in the File picker.

In doing so, I backed up all of my starred lists and custom made lists using your backup/restore feature and emailed it to myself. I downloaded the zip file to the downloads folder on my new phone and tried to open the file but it is greyed out and unable to be picked. I then tried to unzip the contents and try to open that but nothing happens when I pick the data file. The hundreds of words I have saved won’t upload to my new phone. What am I doing wrong?
